Kathy Lett

Kathy Lett is at US EPA headquarters in the Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery. She works on policy to increase safe recycling of hazardous materials as well as hazardous waste policy. Her focus on battery recycling and battery management at end of life includes the universal waste program and the EPA’s recently released battery collection best practices.
