How the Program Works
  1. Complete your application on or before Monday, July 20, 2026.
  2. Get matched based on experience, interests, and goals
  3. Connect with your mentor or mentee monthly (recommended)
  4. Follow a structured, flexible framework designed to support your goals

The Program is designed to be guided, but adaptable to each pair's needs.

Program at a Glance
Duration: Approximately 6 months

Format: Virtual and flexible scheduling

Time Commitment: ~1 hour per month

Matching: Based on goals, experience, and industry alignment
