Getting There

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is the closest airport listed below. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service; arrange your own ground transportation to the resort.

Ground transportation from Palm Springs (PSP)

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are available at PSP. Follow airport signs or your app’s pickup instructions to the designated rideshare area. Fares vary by demand, vehicle type, and travel time.

Taxis: Local taxi service is also available. The contact numbers listed in the source travel information are Yellow Cab of the Desert, (760) 340-8294, and Desert City Cab, (760) 328-3121. Confirm the fare and pickup details directly with your driver or provider.

Travel tip: Book the official conference hotel first, then arrange your airport transfer. Once you arrive, you can focus on NAATBatt instead of planning another commute each morning and evening.

Cancellation Policy 

Conference registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $100 processing fee) provided that a written request for cancellation is received by December 15, 2026. Registrants who submit cancellation requests between December 16, 2026 and January 31, 2027, will receive a 50% refund. 

After January 31, 2027, all registrations are non-refundable. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations received after January 31, 2027, or for no-shows.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@naatbatt.org. Registrants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to guard against the possible cost of a late cancellation or to take advantage of the Transfer/Substitution Policy explained above.

Transfer/Substitution Policy

Prior to February 8, 2027, registrants may transfer their registration to another person at no cost. To request such a transfer, the registrant must submit a substitution request by e-mail to pszyper@naatbatt.org and designate the names of both the original registrant and his or her substitute as well as the company affiliation, job title, e-mail address and mobile phone number of the substitute.
