Mark Jensen

Mark Jensen is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ReElement Technologies Corporation, a leading U.S. critical mineral refining company focused on securing domestic and allied supply chains for rare earth elements, battery materials, and strategic minerals. Under his leadership, ReElement has developed and commercialized a patented refining platform that is redefining how critical minerals are separated and purified—delivering a modular, scalable, lower-cost, and environmentally responsible alternative to conventional solvent extraction technologies.

Mark has led ReElement's transformation from an innovative technology platform into one of the United States' emerging commercial producers of separated rare earth oxides and critical minerals, capable of processing both recycled and mined feedstocks. The company's technology supports the production of materials including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium, yttrium, germanium, gallium, lithium, cobalt and other strategically important minerals that are essential to defense systems, artificial intelligence infrastructure, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, and electrification. Mark currently resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife and son and is a graduate from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with Bachelor degrees in Finance and International Studies.
