Huntsman Corporation is a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals with 2020 revenues of approximately $6 billion._ Our chemical products number in the thousands and are sold worldwide to manufacturers serving a broad and diverse range of consumer and industrial end markets. Our portfolio of technologies for batteries includes conductive additives, carbonates, multifunctional binders, NMP alternatives, adhesives, and adhesive components to help manufacturers increase battery capacity, lengthen cycle life, enable faster charging, and reduce EHS concerns. These materials leverage our 50-year history of innovation and proven know-how in advanced materials as well as amine, polyurethane, and epoxy chemistries. Today we operate more than 70 manufacturing, R&D and operations facilities in approximately 30 countries and employ approximately 9,000 associates within our four distinct business divisions. Many of our battery materials are manufactured in the United States including carbon nanotubes, carbonates, and amines.
