Caitlin D'Onofrio

Caitlin D’Onofrio is the Senior Manager of the Standards Sustainability Program at UL Standards & Engagement, where she leads a high-performing team dedicated to embedding sustainability across UL’s standards product portfolio. With over a decade of experience in strategic planning, cross-functional program execution, and stakeholder engagement, she drives impactful standards work in areas such as circular economy, environmental & product sustainability, climate resilience, and smart cities.

Caitlin oversees the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and manage vendor relationships +$1 million in contracted work. She has pioneered new ways of working by proactively feeding the organization’s standards pipeline—establishing scalable, repeatable models for product development and improving operational efficiency.

Working closely with senior leadership, Caitlin plays a key role in aligning ULSE’s sustainability standards with corporate goals and emerging global priorities. She actively champions the horizontal integration of sustainability criteria across the full range of UL’s standards product portfolio, ensuring environmental, social, and governance considerations are consistently embedded across industries.

Known for fostering transparency, continuous improvement, and collaborative culture, Caitlin brings both strategic vision and executional strength to her work—supporting ULSE’s mission to build a safer, more sustainable future through product standards development.
