Professional Bio

My career spans 15 years across the government and private sectors, from operational fieldwork to enterprise-level policy support. In the public sector, I spent roughly 10 years as a federal employee at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia, where I supported new acquisition and in-service hazardous material control and management for afloat ships, and served as the ESOH Lead at a land-based test site. More recently, as a consultant, I provided policy and strategy support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War's Chemical and Material Risk Management Program (CMRMP).
I currently support the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Chemical Information Program (CIP), including a QR code-based traceability pilot that connects physical hazardous materials to authoritative safety, compliance, and compatibility data at the point of use, modernizing how the Department of War (DoW) manages product-level chemical information across the enterprise. My work spans pilot strategy, stakeholder engagement, data parameter development, policy alignment, and external partner outreach across the defense industrial base.
Beyond my DLA work, I am building professional skills and knowledge focused on digital product traceability, battery lifecycle management, and critical minerals circular economy, areas where the defense demand signal and commercial sustainability imperatives are increasingly converging.
