She is the Founder and CEO of Pestana Solutions, where she helps battery and advanced technology companies clearly communicate their innovations and strengthen their market position. Jill is also a recognized educator and industry voice who works at the intersection of technical expertise, strategic storytelling, and ecosystem development, founding Nanoverse Battery Courses (batterycourses.com).

Jill serves as Director of Research and Programming of NAATBatt, and volunteers on the Workforce Committee and Onshoring Committee, coordinating the NAATBatt delegation to InterBattery.
