Katharina Gerber is a battery technology and digitalization expert with 15+ years of experience spanning battery R&D, manufacturing, commercialization, and scale-up. At Siemens Digital Industries Software, she focuses on digital twin technologies and AI applications across battery design and production. Her expertise includes executable digital twins, dry electrode manufacturing, direct lithium extraction (DLE), and connecting engineering and manufacturing data to accelerate industrialization. Katharina is also President-Elect of NAATBatt International, where she supports collaboration and innovation across the North American battery ecosystem.
