Professional Bio
Marcus Peng brings more than 30 years of battery-industry experience spanning research, product development, manufacturing, and test. He began his career researching solid-state sodium batteries at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and later worked on solid-state lithium-sulfur technology at PolyPlus.
For more than two decades, Marcus has supported automotive and energy-storage customers worldwide with battery validation and production systems. His experience includes designing laptop battery packs and power supplies, delivering EV module and pack test solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia, and implementing a pilot pouch- and cylindrical-cell assembly and formation line for a battery start-up.
Today, Marcus is part of Keysight Technologies’ Automotive & Energy Solutions team, where he helps customers develop cell, module, and pack test solutions that combine battery testers, software, system integration, and third-party environmental equipment.
