Michael Joy is the Vice President of Business Development for Airgas, an Air Liquide company. He has more than 25 years of experience in the gas and welding industry, in both industrial distribution and OEM environments. Prior to his current appointment, Mike held several leadership positions within Airgas, including Vice President – Bulk Gas Sales & Operations, Vice President – Hardgoods , Vice President – Sales & Marketing Operations, and National Sales Manager for the Manufacturing & Metal Fabrication Segment.
