Professional Bio
After graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a PhD in Chemistry, Szesze has worked in research and technical service functions in Dow. She has brought new products up from concept shaping to commercialization in agriculture, paper coating, and mobility applications. In recent years she actively participates in a number of SAE Battery Safety Committees and has contributed in a number of technical information reports related to pack venting, coolant, and thermal conductive materials. She is currently the chairperson of the SAE Battery Pack Assembly Material Committee, and the secretary of the SAE Battery Safety Standards Steering Committee.
