be globally cost competitive ternary precursor cathode active materials production facility in Belledune,
New Brunswick, Canada. The project is in an advanced stage of engineering and permitting. Positive is
pursuing a toll processing business model and deploying advanced commercially-proven and sustainable
pCAM manufacturing technology. Initial commercial pCAM production is expected to begin in 2029, at a
rate of 30,000 tonnes per annum of energy-dense nickel-based pCAM , scaling to 120,000 tpa by around
2032.
